They were amazing!! So accommodating and so kind and sincere. They were willing to stay late to receive my cat but it ended up working better for them to pick him up from the vet. The whole time we communicated they were so understanding of what a huge loss this was for me. With this covid 19 stuff they even dropped his ashes off at my workplace which was so accommodating. They were patient with my crying on the phone and willing to communicate via email to discuss details. I also called around, weeks before it was time, to check my options and they have the best prices in the city!

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Bonnie at ACS… our dogs are our kids and when one of them pasted it was beyond devastating.. my spouse especially had a traumatic time but with the help, support, and transparency of ACS we got the closure we needed … our emotions came first… I am not the best with words and I can’t put it enough how grateful I am for Bonnie … beyond professional… thank you so much for the love and compassion you showed to us…

My beautiful fur baby was cremated at this facility they were great people and were very Caring and understandable in my needs to have the perfect urn for my fur baby I hopefully won’t need there service anytime soon but when I do I feel comfortable knowing my fur baby is well taken care off I highly recommend animal cremation services
